Recently, Click Power has been granted an invention patent by the National Patent Office for "Surge Limitation and Soft-Start Delay Protection Circuit, Method, and Lithium Battery Charger".

Aiming at the industry pain point that switch-mode power supply lithium battery chargers widely used in current power tools have large inrush current when multiple chargers charge simultaneously in multi-working-condition and full-scene applications, causing impacts on the power grid and abnormal disconnections, Kelic Power's R&D team, after fully understanding and analyzing the application scenarios and customer pain points, innovatively proposed "a surge limitation and soft-start delay protection circuit, method, and lithium battery charger", overcoming industry challenges such as large start-up inrush current and slow protection response of existing chargers.

This technology can be widely applied to the full-scene charging field of various light and small power batteries, preventing surge current from impacting and damaging charging devices and the power grid.
